Staring with Becky in the office and plumbers Joe and Jason, I had nothing less than an excellent experience with Flow Right. Great customer service all around with fast, efficient installation of new hot water heater. I highly recommend and will use again in the future!
Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Came out and started the job and said would come back the next day to finish but never showed up. I scheduled them.on another 2 occasions to come back out after that and they no showed again! Didn't even have the decency to call at all!!! I contacted my home warranty and had someone else come out and fix it same day and flow right was wrong on their diagnosis. Thank you flow right for wasting so much of my time. Truly unprofessional.
We moved into an older home recently and discovered lots of plumbing problems a few weeks later. We have had Flow Right out a few times to fix a couple small water leaks and also to completely overhaul our gas piping. The office was great at returning calls immediately and setting up quick appointments, and the plumbers who came out were always knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I don't know anything about plumbing but I never felt like they were talking down to me, and they were great about explaining what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. They did a ton of work and hardly left a footprint behind. I feel confident in the quality of their repairs, and we'll call them first if we ever need more plumbing work done.
Great Service. After discovering our water heater had sprung a leak, we contacted our home warranty company and they dispatched Joe. Joe looked and determined we needed a new heater. He detailed for me the exact repairs that were needed and why. He also laid out the costs of everything that would not be covered by the warranty. Early the following day, Joe and Brandon came to replace the heater. They even rearranged their schedule to accommodate our's. We were going to be going out of town that afternoon, so they made sure to get us taken care of in the morning. Once they had installed the heater, Joe took the time to explain the operation to me. Great service, amazing response time!
